Virtual Action Learning (VAL) has been developed over the years through deliberation and implementation, and through feedback and reflection. New insights and experience have been gainedby means of pilots and training programs.

The result is this well-documented book, which can really only describe 80% of VAL. The essence of VAL is that it is constantly changing. This also shows in the critical reflections of educators, advisors and managers who know the concept from practice, but who continue to pursue clarification.
