Hoewel ik niet helemaal tot de doelgroep behoor, heb ik het boek in één adem uitgelezen. De auteurs voeren een helder opgebouwd betoog met goed uitgewerkte voorbeelden. Inhoudelijk gezien kiezen ze voor een pragmatische aanpak met handvatten voor elke organisatie. Daardoor is er altijd een haakje naar een eerste stap, waar je als bedrijf ook staat. Dankzij de focus op datagedreven ideeën waar geen zware kunstmatige intelligentie voor nodig is. Het optimisme over de mooie kansen die intelligente systemen bieden om toegevoegde waarde te creëren in ons leven spat ervan af. Het werkt aanstekelijk.
