Mark Tozzio is Principal / Senior Health Consultant for Hospital and Physician Practice Development Consulting, Inc. (HPPD), in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He has over 36 years of diversified experience in hospital management and business development assisting health organizations to recruit over 800 physicians into rural and urban communities. He has implemented programs and services totaling over $850 million at numerous healthcare facilities. HPPD focuses on organizational turnaround, process improvement, strategy and long-range planning, facilities development, and physician practice management and relations.Mark is currently Adjunct Instructor, for the Continuing Education and Healthcare Administration degree programs for Northeastern State University – Oklahoma. The distance learning program he leads was the recipient of the coveted Learning Resources Network (LERN) annual award for international online teaching excellence in December 2015.Mark Tozzio is one of only 10,000 certified Fellows world-wide granted by the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) based in Chicago.
