Peter Goss, is born with what most people feel is a disability—a greatly enhanced strength. In school, he is at first bullied but soon the tremendous capability and the extraordinary things he can do aided by his bubbly personality and intellect make him very popular.

This is where his nickname, 3Pete, originates. A hero, as viewed by the town’s people, he wins an award from the town and the Governor of the State of California presents him with a Medal of Honor.
When he is discovered playing tennis by a great coach, like John McEnroe, who teaches him the finer points, he becomes the best tennis player the World, has ever seen. After a few years of playing professional tennis, he creates such a disturbance in the tennis world and has most of the valuable endorsements available. Some of the other agents and coaches of the other players conspire to get 3Pete out of the sport for good.
After five years he quits tennis because he has accomplished more than any other player could ever do. He feels that by staying in the sport he is doing more harm than good and decides to move on to this next project of setting up a tennis clinic and recreational complex on the orchard to help disabled and disadvantaged people to play and enjoy the game. He marries his life long sweetheart
In part two of the 3Pete series, The Goss family resort and tennis clinic has expanded to Australia. Both locations have won many rewards for their environmental innovations and are very successful, helping many people in war torn third world countries.
Peter is also financially supporting research and development that has taken place over a four year period at the back of the family property. His two sisters, Gloria and Beth, having graduating from University with degrees in many fields, also work with a small group of highly innovative scientists who they attended University with. They work with and developing revolutionary and innovative concepts and ideas to improve mankind’s sustainability in the areas of food, water and power.
Peter’s group has successfully accomplished all their goals and have complete proto type operating systems. A new Governor has been elected in California and Peter contacts her to do a presentation. The Governor is blown away and recognizes the scope of the technology is so vast she need to involve he newly elected woman President.
Peter’s home and compound is attacked. Using his specially abilities in martial arts and his third arm, he addresses the attack on his family. Because of this attack, the President accelerates her schedule and comes to see what Peter and his group have developed. After the meeting and presentation, the President, just like the Governor, is overwhelmed. Offering 100% support to Peter, she orders special forces and drone surveillance for 24 hour support. She changes her own agenda and focuses 100% of her time on developing a new branch of the Federal government she calls “Utopia”.
The President wants Peter and his group to produce more systems for testing and third party verification prior to presenting it to the rest of the world. During this time, the compound and resort is attacked with missiles. As usual, Peter had to jump into rescue mode to save many lives. The technology, having been proved sound, the President gathers all the people in the industry and world leaders that this technology affects and presents it to them.
