Acceptable Year

In the mind of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, deliverance is to captives as healing is to the broken hearted. The message of the Acceptable Year of the Lord preached to the poor of this world must also resonate with proclamation of liberty to the bruised. Poverty in the realm of reality transcends the deficit in materialism. Christ during his sojourn in the land of Palestine sought to satisfy the insatiable longings of the belly but his ultimate goal was to satisfy the hunger of the spirit of man. Poverty in essence is the deprivation of the Spirit of God in the heart of man and this explains why Christ offered himself to us as the Bread of Life. How often do you feed on the bread of life? The physical must always be necessary to the extent that it complements the spiritual. Christ didn’t only come to heal the physically blind; he came to restore our spiritual blindness concerning the realities of the Kingdom of God. 52 Weeks of Living in the Supernatural cannot be accomplished without a deep passion and hunger to seek the face of God daily. Each day comes with its peculiar challenges and must be approached prayerfully whiles feasting on the realities of the Kingdom of God. What I have sought to accomplish by this devotional is to bring to readers some very important truths undergirding our Christian Journey. Some of the themes addressed in this devotional include; the love walk, the Acceptable Year, Faith, Holy Spirit, Fruitfulness, Purpose and many others. As clearly pointed out in this devotional guide, we all have an assignment to fulfill in this life. I dare suggest to you today that the life you hold now is an indication of something God wants done that requires you to do it. God does not expect man to depend on his physical strength to fulfill a supernatural assignment. Life itself is supernatural therefore success in life should be dependent on the invisible hand of the architect of life. You cannot make strides consistent with the plan of God for your life if you fail to understand God’s word governing your life. I could go on and on but I shall encourage you to drink directly from the wisdom shared. I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him as you study this manual. That the eyes of your understanding be enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, In Jesus Name.
