Desires Gone Wild

In a world where the bible is being interpreted to suit the prevailing climate which encourages unguided Christian practises, Desires Gone Wild is written to prick our conscience to make amends and reconcile us back to God in areas where we have crossed the border line thereby transgressing the commandments of God. It did not only reveal to us some of the areas where we have taken our desires and let it out of control, it also shows us ways on how we can correct these anomalies and return to the ancient path. The Christian life is not a limited life, but the Christian is expected to make choices and live within the boundaries of the Word of God. He has been given the power to live a life that is not only pleasing to God but brings him satisfaction and fulfilment with an optimal use of his talent and gifting. To be effective in this course, he needs to take advantage of the liberty wherein Christ has made him free, but the freedom that allows him to do any, and everything is not freedom. True freedom however, is the one that is expressed within a defined body of rules. In this case, the body of rules is the constitution of heaven which is the word of God. The things that were not permitted for Christian years and centuries past are now being permitted today. Areas where Christians were not allowed to venture into in the past are now where Christian finds satisfaction. Things not to be mentioned among Christians in the past are now subject of debate in the present Church of today. These and many other anomalies in Christendom are revealed in this book. If God is unchangeable then His principles remains unchanged.
