Rudy B. Andeweg
Rudy Andeweg is hoogleraar empirische politicologie. Hij studeerde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Leiden en de University of Michigan. In 1982 promoveerde hij in Leiden op zijn proefschrift Dutch Voters Adrift; on explanations of electoral change (1963- 1977). In 1982 en 1983 was hij medewerker van de Regeringscommissaris Reorganisatie Rijksdienst. Hij is lid van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Academie van Wetenschappen (KNAW). Andeweg publiceerde onder meer over kabinetsformaties, besluitvorming in kabinet en parlement, de ‘kloof’ tussen kiezers en gekozenen, kiesgedrag en bureaucratisering.
