De auteur houdt je hele rare, oppervlakkige "waarheden" voor welke zij voldoende denkt te kunnen onderbouwen door middel van historische en persoonlijke anekdotes. Het is in dat opzicht net een commercieel zelfhulpboekje en met die instelling moet je het ook lezen: Verstand op nul, onderbuik op volle toeren.
