Love is ever present in our lives. Whether we are seeking love, in love, running from love, or just trying to understand it, it is a significant force in the lives of us all. Yet despite the way it dominates our very existence, love is still one of the least understood aspects of life. Although many of us believe that we cannot live without love, we seem to know very little about it. We can’t explain what love is, can’t seem to acquire love when we need it, and we rarely live in a constant state of love. This book will share a discovery with you that will help you to understand love, to experience love, create love, help people around you to love, and help you to learn to create a life filled with love. Throughout this book we will be looking at all aspects of love, how it has been defined, how it can be seen as the source of great sadness or immense happiness, and how understanding one of the most common, yet significant human phenomena can lead you to a life of happiness and contentment. There are many skills we are not born with but have learnt in life. When we learn to drive, type on the keyboard or perform a martial art, when we become competent, these things eventually become our second nature. They become a natural part of us. The purpose of learning about love is just like learning any other skill. Love is a way of looking at the world. We all have our own default way of looking at the world, but this doesn’t maximize our experience of love, and it can’t help us to realise our full potential. Love helps us to look at ourselves as a whole, it helps us to understand ourselves as well as others holistically. This never changes because it is the true nature of everything around us. When we can see life through love, we not only experience love, we also become healthier, more productive, creative and effective in everything we do. When it becomes the natural way for us to look at ourselves, others and the world, we only need to be who we are and the way we are even consciously to experience love, success and happiness in our lives. The stress of life disappears because nothing is more relaxing than being the way we are. In order to train ourselves to adapt to a way the love look at the world, we have to learn to be aware of many of what our instincts tell us. It can be hard work. But love is the way, it is the only way for us to experience the freedom we dream of, to give the people we love the lives they deserve, and be the protector and guardians of every creation of love on this earth.
