You are an unseen force that drives students to or away from learning by your daily reflection. The best intentions are not always fruitful, so I want to ensure you can make that difference in every student by making your classroom the student's daily safe haven that they look forward to. The parents that want to help their child succeed by partnering with the teacher have to understand what is going on in the classroom. Not just what homework is each day, but the big picture of what a teacher is doing throughout the year (the what, when, why, and how). If parents and teachers are aligned the success rate of a child greatly increases. Administrators must understand that teachers should have the capability to present lessons in a differentiated style of teaching, just as they expect children to receive lessons on a differentiated scale. If every class looks the same, meaning teachers are teaching from a script like robots then you are missing out on teacher creativity. Those administrators that allow teachers to teach to their strong suite, you are every bit the difference makers in a school and are the most appreciated visionary in a school to teachers. Students, you lovely, aggravating, little people who control more than you know. It is you who touch teacher's lives and make impressions that we will never forget. You are not a green, red, or yellow card. You are not an above, average, or below label. You are an individual that has the greatest potential to conquer anything with the correct motivation and tools to identify and solve problems. When students and teachers make connections and believe in each other they achieve success.
