Zeer interessant en verhelderend boekje (met enkele sprekende illustraties) dat inzicht geeft in het zelfgenezend vermogen van het lichaam. Er wordt duidelijk uitgelegd wat het verschil is tussen een "healing crisis" en ziektecrisis. Ik raad dit boekje aan voor ieder die zijn/haar gezondheid in eigen handen wil nemen.
