Een goed, volledig boek over de geschiedenis van de geschiedschrijving. Staan erg interessante dingen in beschreven. De informatiedichtheid van het boek is echter vrij hoog wat het lezen soms iets lastiger maakt. Al met al een goed boek voor de geïnteresseerden.

Het boek is een stevige basis voor zij die kennis achten te verwerven over hoe historici eigenlijk te werk gaan. Als studente geschiedenis kan ik alvast niet zonder het boek!
