A personal message from Janice Davies The lady with nice in her name Life is a journey and every experience is an opportunity to learn in the 'school of life'. In my journey, I have encountered some unusual situations which spurred me on to understand them. The exercises at the end of each chapter are great, they help to summarize the information, then ask you to focus on the direction your life has taken and give you an opportunity to change that direction if you choose to.
