This is good for all managers and management companies. The experinces in studies during one's schooling period might seem different when you actually go into the profession of you studied. Most times it seem to be two parell lines, but when you go through this work, you would know why that differences are there, if at all there are differences.

The ideas of theoritical learning, practise and giving feedback forms the bed rock of professional learings. they help us to improve and perfect in our professions. This book says it all, try it out by reading through the page and confirm my ideas
