Towards Excellence in Leadership was born out of the quest to help correct the anomalies found in the lives of leaders, especially the upcoming ones. Excellence in leadership does not happen by chance, it takes determination, hard work, and keeping to the rules of the art. I'm aware that many books have been written on leadership. But the major challenge of leadership is to raise more and more leaders with the right knowledge on how to do it. But there are many good leadership materials in our towns and villages who cannot afford quality formal education, and who are following the wrong kind of leaders who cannot really show them the way.
