COH - Onirico (Dream's Element) L' Element du rêve

Résumé

The second book of Edilberto Restino. Beautiful Black & White photographs. The PhD Elisa Guimarães, Professor of Portuguese Language of the University of the State of São Paulo and Literary Critic of the Newspaper “O Estadão” wrote about Dream's Element: " A full world of shades lightens-itself with the emergence of new poets – young poets such as Edilberto A. Ribeiro Restini (Restino). Youth and light dissipating darkness and collecting hope. This poetry springs from the heart and matures in the intelligence, in a harmonious pact between emotion and reflection. Bonds that are made closer in the magical beauty of the language in poetry function. Edilberto probes, intuits, analyzes the sense of the word in his power of expressiveness, in the its loading of symbolism, in its force transfigured in the art of poetry. And breaks the poem – thin weave of sensation and craftwork: “Plough airs/ night inside//. Stare at clouds/ Stare at seas / and being Stare/ By thy cheeky eyes //. The poet, here and there, in “Denota Devout”, by ex., reveals survey of that deep and secret alteration that takes possession of the word and it moves away from its habitual sense: ”critic to the Language/ pure, denotation/ without soul of the poet//. (...)Flight here/ by connotations notions//. It is well in the kingdom of the connotation – field of the land of the authentic poetry that Edilberto works with multiple themes while manipulating shades of formal solutions. Even in “Dialectics interventions”, text in prose that works between the sequence of verses, there is a connivance tacit within the poetry in the track of the poem in prose. At times, compositions without titles invite the reader to find the identification of the essence of the poem, to be integrated in the synthesis of the title. It is the poet sharing with the reader the immediate privilege of the poetic creation. It is the poet of the “Analogies”, of the “Pulsões (to Pulsate- Pulp Pulse)”, of the “Ideas”, of the “Theoretical Senses”, of the “Aesthetic Elaboration (who loves the Aesthesia)” transmitting the emotion of the poetry in its most pure form."
