Dit boek is schokkend herkenbaar als je door een borderliner bent opgevoed. Hoe desastreus zo'n jeugd is wordt duidelijk in dit boek. Het gaf mij de kracht om eindelijk het contact met mijn borderlinemoeder te verbreken om zo mezelf te verlossen van haar mishandelingen. Aanrader voor kinderen van borderliners, zodat ze de kracht krijgen om ook het contact te verbreken want dat is de enige manier om te ontsnappen aan de mishandelingen
