Jaworski beschrijft op aangename wijze hoe lichaamswijsheid ons helpt nog effectiever te zijn in alles wat we doen. Van een eerste herkenning hiervan in een noodsituatie tijdens zijn studie neemt hij de lezer mee langs het pad waarin hij steeds meer "grip" krijgt op waar die diepere wijsheid vandaan komt.
