Lani Muelrath

Award-winning author  Lani Muelrath, MA, CGFI, CPBN, FNS—the Plant-Based Fitness Expert—specializes in helping people who struggle with weight and energy transform their bodies and their lives—without going hungry or grueling, excessive exercise. She has been teaching in health, fitness, and wellness for more than four decades, including as a guest lecturer in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University and an associate professor in Kinesiology at Butte College.
