Dit is voor mij een van de meest inspirerende boeken als het gaat om gezondheidsadvies. Ik liep zelf rond met een hoop kwalen die van kwaad tot erger werden en heb met behulp van dit boek veel kwalen zelf kunnen oplossen. Voel me dankzij adviezen uit dit boek stukken fitter en jonger.
Had ik dit boek maar 10 jaar geleden al in bezit...

De auteur schrijft op een heldere en duidelijke manier hoe men aan zijn eigen gezondheid kan werken. De taal is ook voor een leek op medisch gebied zeer begrijpelijk.
