If you would have told me 10 years ago that I would be writing a book on meditation I never would have believed you. It is amazing what happens in your life when you open yourself up to believe. When you believe, wonderful, amazing, stupendous things present themselves to you. When you thought it was not possible. Believe in yourself, and watch an amazing journey begin in your life.

Here's to you benefiting as much as I did from my own personal journey into the "self".
