Zeer leuke gerechten. Dit gekocht voor de buitenlandse vriendin van mijn neef die nog onvoldoende Nederlands kent. De gerechten zijn goed gekozen, duidelijk uitgelegd en smaakvol voorgesteld. Ik vond het jammer dat ik het boekje niet kon houden. Aanrader

Erg leuk boek, zelfs voor mensen die al heel hun leven Belgisch eten :). Ik vond de eerste hoofdstukken (over de specialiteiten van België) zeer informatief. De recepten zelf zien er erg smakelijk uit en alle klassiekers staan erin. Leuk cadeau voor buitenlandse vrienden.
