  • Niet echt een boek over uithouding

    Eerder dan echt over uithoudingstraining, gaat het boek over levensstijl. Maffetone blijkt een tegenstander van geraffineerde voeding, snelle suikers, en een voorstander van blootvoets lopen.
    Wie hoopt veel uitleg over bv. inspanningsfysiologie uit het boek te halen komt bedrogen uit.
