Geweldig boek! Super leerrijk en heel goed geschreven. Alles is goed onderbouwd, met verwijzingen naar externe schriften en onderzoeken.
De korte hoofdstukjes maken het de ideale 'toiletliteratuur'. Ik ben normaal absoluut geen boekenworn, maar nu is het mijn go-to literatuur voor tijdens korte pauzes. Ik neem het overal mee naartoe.

Een zeer interessant boek over hoe je lichaam op gestage wijze sterker te maken. Vertelt uit eigen ervaring maar haalt er ook wetenschappelijk onderzoek bij. Zeker een aanrader voor iemand die graag sterk en fit wil worden!
