    Een heel goed boek voor zowel beginners als pro's. De wetenschappelijke kijk op training laat je beter begrijpen hoe je succesvol kunt trainen. met name krachtlijnen, eccentrisch, concentrisch trainen etc etc. Het kan niet op. echt alles wat je moet weten staat hier in
