Als je echt geïnteresseerd bent in patisserie dan zou ik zeker dit boek kopen: een echte aanwinst met mooie recepturen. Het is wel handig als je al enige voorkennis en ervaring hebt. Mooi boek om inspiratie op te doen. Enige nadeel is dat het soms lastig te lezen is. Veroorzaakt door het lettertype en kleurenkeuze (gele letters op wit papier leest niet handig)
