de recepten zijn zeer gedetailleerd beschreven en makkelijk te begrijpen.
tussen de recepten vind je de basis smaken zoals vanille, maar ook zeer exclusieve smaken
en bijzondere smaak combinaties.

ik zou dit boek zeer aanbevelen aan mensen die macarons willen gaan maken(meet veel bak ervaring of weinig)

Ik heb nog geen tijd gehad om de recepten uit te proberen.
Ik heb er al wel in gelezen.
Het is een prachtig boek met veel macaron-variaties en geweldig plaatwerk.
